How does it work?

Here's our process–

  • Your technician will arrive at your property and knock on your door to let you know the crew is there to perform your core aeration service.
  • During this process, we use specialized equipment with tines that penetrate about 1 to 3 inches into the soil to remove small plugs (or “cores”) from your lawn. These cores are left on the surface to naturally decompose, returning valuable nutrients to the soil with the help of rain and mowing.
  • Core aeration helps relieve soil compaction and creates channels that allow air, water, and nutrients to reach the root zone, promoting stronger, healthier grass growth.
