Lawn Transformation
Say goodbye to scorched lawns and pesky weeds! Get ready to unlock the secrets of a lawn that's the envy of the neighborhood!
- Grassroots grow deeper and stronger
- Grass blades grow healthier and more vibrant
- Water and nutrients absorb into soil
- Fill in gaps, leaving you with a thick, green lawn
What exactly is core aeration?
Core aeration is the process of removing small plugs (or "cores") of soil from the lawn to reduce soil compaction.
Just like fertilization and consistent watering, core aeration is a vital practice in maintaining a healthy lawn. Air naturally exchanges between soil and its surrounding atmosphere, and grass uses this air exchange to grow. Over time, soil gets compacted by many environmental factors, making it difficult for air to enter the soil. Core aeration creates space in the soil so not only does air flow better, but water and nutrients can reach deeper, establishing grass that grows thicker and greener.

Benefits of Aeration & Seeding
- Decreased soil compaction
- Increased water and nutrient absorption
- Improved air exchange between soil & atmosphere
- Increased grass root development
- Maintain and re-establish turf density
- Stronger grass outcompetes weeds
- Increased heat & drought tolerance
Overseeding
Overseeding is the practice of spreading grass seed over an existing lawn to improve its density and appearance. Being a cool-season turf type, summer heat stresses Tall Fescue– it suffers and often dies in spots. Repairs can only be made with aeration and overseeding. It's best to start developing your grass seed in late-Summer/ early-Fall as temperatures just begin to cool.
Overseeding your Tall Fescue lawn annually introduces new grass on a consistent annual basis, which will help to keep your lawn healthy and strong, maintaining its full color for the upcoming year.
